What is therapy?

Therapy is a supportive space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind, without fear of being judged. It helps you untangle your thoughts, understand your feelings, and find healthier ways to cope with stress, relationships, and everyday challenges.

Do I need therapy?

You might consider therapy if you find yourself:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, or emotionally stuck
  • Overthinking or struggling to manage your thoughts and feelings
  • Noticing the same patterns repeating in your relationships or life
  • Finding it hard to cope with stress, changes, or uncertainty
  • Wanting a safe space to talk, even if you can’t quite name what’s wrong

You don’t need to be in crisis to seek therapy. Sometimes, wanting support is reason enough.

Is accessing mental health support a sign of weakness?

Not at all. Seeking mental health support is a sign of self-awareness and courage. It takes strength to pause, reflect, and ask for help when something doesn’t feel right. Just like we seek support for our physical health, caring for our mental wellbeing is a meaningful and responsible choice, not a weakness.
