You already journal in your head. This is 45 minutes to get it out.
Most journaling advice assumes you'll just start by buying a notebook, opening a blank page, and knowing what to write. Most people don't. The page stays blank, or the notebook stays on the nightstand.
The Journaling circle is a live session, once a week, on Google Meet. 30 minutes of guided writing with a prompt. Then 15 minutes to reflect. Nobody's asked to read their entry aloud, and nobody's asked to overshare.

Where will the workshop take place?
The workshop will be conducted online every Sunday at 7:30 PM on Google Meet.
Will there be a recording available?
Unfortunately, no! Since the topic is sensitive and participants share their personal stories, we do not record the workshops.
